Default A question for you Epic players

My friend and I have been toying around with the idea of trying to put together/record some sort of segment, similar to what is done on Channelfireball.com or Magicthegathering Tv for Epic.

How many of you guys would actually be interested in something like that?

If you're interested, what kind of things would you like to see on the show?

Interviews?
A live draft (with discussions about our choices and where they were)?
Deck breakdowns/discussions? (similar to Deck Tech from PT events in magic)

Anyway, please post here if this is something you'd like to see. If it is, please leave some ideas as to some content you'd like to see us cover.

If you do it, I'll read the hell out of it. Any of those topics would be good.

Glad to see there's some interest in this! We were actually thinking of having playtests vs each other with our current decks in a best 2-out-of-3 round style. It would look similar to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXk_DZWGMmY but with much shittier camera work of course. The interviews would most likely be conducted with top players or Darwin/Rob via a program like Skype.

+ an idea

IF you can do that, it would be a good idea to have a close-up of the card that was being played... (or a CGI effect or something)

Good idea! We were also thinking that after recording, that we'd record an audio commentary layer over our game. This way we can share our thoughts of what we were thinking in the game, etc...

Also, that way it won't sound just like us talking and bantering mid game, it would actually be coherent.

Also, at the moment we are trying to figure out ways to have interviews/discussions on the show with some of the better/more successful players in the game up to this point. Though it won't be in person (unless some of you are planning on coming to the Detroit area for some reason), it could feasibly be a webcam interview, mic/phone interview, etc.

Thanks very much for your interest guys.

Also, what are your opinions on getting a tournament table made? Something like the magic one, with the attack zone outlined in red in the center of the table?
